Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Austin Getz was born and raised in West Michigan, and grew up in Holland, MI. Having graduated from West Ottawa High School, attended Hope College where he received degrees in biology and chemistry. Dr. Getz received is Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan, the #1 ranked dental school in the United States all four years of his attendance. There he met his wife, Dr. Emily Reinhardt Getz, also a dentist in West Michigan! Moving to Grand Rapids in 2020, they have loved engaging in the local community in which they work and live. In December 2023, they welcomed their first son, John Arthur Getz. In his free time Dr. Getz loves cheering on the Detroit Lions, working outside, trying new foods and cuisines, spending time with his family and playing with his dog, Rusty.
